Beginners bowl turning with Steve Ridd - Friday 25th - 10am - 4pm
Let Steve take you through the process of your first bowl. He is an experienced turner and teacher.
He will talk about material selection and then teach you the use of the hook tools on the lathe. You will come away with a finished bowl to take away with you.
This course is taught on foot powered lathes so a degree of fitness is necessary. All tools and materials are provided.
A lunch of soup and bread is provided.
You will need either a WEEKEND TICKET or a DAY TICKET to access this course at the Northern bowl gathering.
